I have spent 18 years as a Safety Manager for a variety of companies: Manufacturing, Construction, Medical/Healthcare and Trucking/Distribution; Seven years as a Loss Control Consultant for Liberty Mutual/Summit Insurance Company; and five years as the Safety Director for a Regional Insurance Agency; I am an OSHA Outreach Instructor in General Industry, Construction, and Disaster Site Worker, as well as a NSC defensive driver trainer, CPR and First Aid trainer, Flagger Operator trainer, and a certified EM-385 Competent Person Trainer for Fall Protection for military base work.
I am a native of North Carolina and have lived in Raleigh, NC for over 20 years – along with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a parrot. I graduated from North Carolina State University. I enjoy the ocean, saltwater fishing, cooking, and visiting new places.
