Professional Summary

I began my career with ECRM in 2007 as a Claims Consultant. At that time I was responsible for early-intervention and management of all workers’ compensation claims from the onset. My responsibilities included incident investigation, managing the injured workers’ care as well as medical treatment and coordinating early return-to-work through full duty and discharge from medical care. In 2015 I assumed the role of a Senior Claims Consultant and now handle more complex, questionable and lost time claims. I continue to medically manage these claims and work diligently to lessen the monetary exposure for our clients. I take great pride in my pro-active assistance and advice provided from the very onset of a workers’ compensation claim through full and final closure.

I have an Associates Degree in both Business and in Medical Assistance with over twenty years as a workers’ compensation claim consultant. I have previously held positions with both Healthsouth and Highmark, in their medical consulting divisions. Over the years I have developed excellent relationships with workers’ compensation physicians in and throughout western Pennsylvania as well as multiple other states ECRM serves. Our staff includes a host of talented professionals who work together as a team. I look forward to many more years with the ECRM team.

About Me

First and foremost, family is of the utmost importance to me.  That being said, when not working I love spending time with my husband Larry, our four children or any of our six grandchildren.  And let me not forget my ever so handsome, 97-pound gentle giant – our pit bull, Luca Brasi.  Coming from a large Italian family, I also love cooking and most of all baking.  My grandchildren enjoy helping me bake and ECRM does reap the benefits of my baking often.

If you had to pick one meal to eat every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Stuffed eggplant.  A family recipe passed down from my mom.

Where was your most memorable vacation?

My husband and I were high school sweethearts reunited after 26 years.  Finding our way back to each other after all that time was by accident and shortly thereafter my husband won a fabulous Caribbean Cruise through his employer.  So on our first Valentine’s Day we were able to spend a glorious week at sea and on beautiful white sandy beaches, enjoying the crystal clear water and gorgeous sunshine together.  A trip not soon to be forgotten.
