Renee Mielnicki, Esq. recently joined our staff as ECRM’s Employment Law Consultant. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne School of Law, Renee brings years of legal expertise to our HR team. She began her career as a litigation associate with a Pittsburgh-based law firm and went on to serve as Associate General Counsel for the Allegheny County Housing Authority. In these roles, Renee was responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal laws; offering legal counsel to all levels of management; conducting employee training and investigations; reviewing and drafting policies, agreements, and employee handbooks; and handling disciplinary issues, including terminations, of both union and non-union employees.
Renee works closely with our Manager of HR Services, Alexandra Pointon and our HR Representative, Laura Pokrzywa.
